Review Policy

Doodle Bugs Bookshelf is home to a variety of wonderful books with a slight preference toward young adult and new adult novels. This blog is family-friendly, and you will not find any adult or explicit content here that would not be suitable for a younger audience.

The views expressed in my reviews are my own honest opinions. I do not receive compensation for my reviews, be they good or bad. I strive to provide fair and sincere reviews and will warn if spoilers are present.

I post my reviews here on my blog as well as on Goodreads. I will also oblige any requests to post the review on Amazon or other booksellers' websites. I will also link to my reviews via twitter or facebook. In addition to reviews I am also happy to host giveaways, interviews, and guest posts. 

In my reviews, I include the following information:

• Cover Art
• the book's details: title, author, series information (if necessary) and the source of the media
• a synopsis of the book, typically taken from barnes and noble.com or goodreads
• my review - a general synopsis in my words, my opinion of the novel, typically followed by a spoiler warning and my thoughts unleashed.

I accept bound ARCs, any ebooks, finished copies, and audiobooks for review.
